The website is operated as an unregistered activity under Article 5 of the Polish Entrepreneurs' Law (Prawo przedsiębiorców), provided that the statutory conditions for such activity are met. These Terms apply only to the electronic KOS-MOS features described below.

KOS-MOS provides electronic transmission of contact and project requests, the free Morfi Runner browser game with local features and an optional global leaderboard, and a link to the free MetaMORFS prototype delivered through GitHub.

All services described in these Terms are free of charge. Users bear only their own costs for internet access, data transmission, devices or services charged by their provider.

The website provides no public user accounts, purchases or subscriptions. Any later paid collaboration with Karol Decyk is agreed separately and is not formed merely by using the website.

Use requires an internet-capable device, an internet connection, a current web browser and enabled JavaScript for interactive features. Network disruption, browser settings or device limitations may affect operation.

Morfi Runner uses localStorage for certain local game scores and settings. Storage and deletion details are provided in the Privacy Policy.

The current MetaMORFS prototype is intended for ARM64 devices running Android 7.1 or newer. Sufficient storage is required for the APK and installation; Android may require permission to install from an external source.

The service begins when the contact form or website project request form is used. Technical transmission ends when the website accepts the request or displays an error. Further communication may continue outside the website, particularly by email.

Submitting a request does not mean that a project has been accepted, does not form a paid contract for photography, website creation or another service, and does not create an obligation to provide a quote. Any engagement is agreed separately.

Morfi Runner is a free browser game without registration, purchase or subscription. Use begins by starting or using the game and can be ended at any time by leaving or closing the page.

The game can store a local Top 5 list on the user's device. Persistently remembering the nickname and sound setting requires a separate choice in the game interface. Clearing local data does not delete a previously published global entry.

Participation in the global leaderboard is voluntary and begins when a score is actually submitted. The chosen nickname and score may be published in the global leaderboard. Playing does not require leaderboard participation or an account.

A global entry has no automatic expiry date. It is generally retained while the leaderboard is operated and the entry is needed for that purpose, unless it is deleted sooner for a reason stated in these Terms or following an individual request.

There is no public self-service function for deleting a global entry. A deletion request can be sent to the public KOS-MOS contact address; locating the entry may require the nickname, score and approximate submission time.

Unlawful content and infringements of third-party rights are prohibited. A public nickname must not be offensive or clearly unlawful, impersonate another person, or disclose a third party's personal data without a lawful reason.

The leaderboard is intended to show genuine game results. Deliberate manipulation of score transmission and technical circumvention producing a result that clearly did not come from regular play are prohibited. KOS-MOS does not claim to operate a perfect anti-cheat system.

An entry may be withheld or removed only for objective reasons: unlawful content, infringement of third-party rights, a clearly abusive nickname, a clearly manipulated or erroneous score, a technical duplicate or a defective entry. Measures should be proportionate to the reason.

KOS-MOS does not guarantee uninterrupted availability around the clock. Free features may be temporarily limited for maintenance, technical disruption or security measures, and may be changed or permanently discontinued when a project changes or ends.

Ending a service does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Leaving the page ends current use but does not delete a global entry published earlier.

MetaMORFS is a free prototype and test build. It may contain errors and its functionality may change. No account, purchase or payment is required.

The APK is delivered through an external GitHub link. The operation and availability of GitHub and Instagram are outside the technical control of KOS-MOS and may be subject to those providers' own terms. Continuous availability of the external download is not guaranteed.

Complaints about electronic features and requests to delete a leaderboard entry can be sent to the public KOS-MOS contact address. The message should identify the affected feature and describe the issue, including the approximate time where useful. A leaderboard request may require the nickname and score.

No more personal data should be provided than is necessary to handle the matter. Complaints are handled without undue delay; mandatory statutory time limits remain unaffected.

Karol Decyk's liability and users' rights are governed by applicable law. These Terms do not exclude or restrict liability or consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful.

KOS-MOS is responsible for its own features to the extent required by law. It has no technical control over the operation of external services such as GitHub and Instagram or over the user's internet connection and device.

Texts, photographs, graphics, art, KOS-MOS identifiers and elements of Morfi Runner and MetaMORFS are protected to the extent that intellectual property rights exist in them. Third-party rights remain unaffected.

Ordinary private use of the website is permitted. Use does not transfer intellectual property rights and does not restrict uses permitted by law.

These Terms may be updated for the future when website features, technical requirements or applicable law change. The current version and effective date are published on this page. Mandatory rights that have already arisen remain unaffected.
